Tổ chức và điều hành toàn diện hoạt động chuỗi cung ứng của SAGOMED; bảo đảm hàng hóa đúng chủng loại, số lượng, chất lượng, hồ sơ và tiến độ. Đồng thời, phát triển mạng lưới nhà cung cấp chiến lược quốc tế, tối ưu tổng chi phí sở hữu, lượng hàng tồn kho và kiểm soát rủi ro nguồn cung.

Lead and manage SAGOMED’s end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the right products, quantities, quality, documentation, and delivery timelines. The role is also responsible for developing strategic international supplier partnerships, optimizing Total Cost of Ownership, managing inventory levels, and mitigating supply risks.

🔑 TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lập kế hoạch mua hàng và cung ứng dựa trên kế hoạch kinh doanh, tiến độ dự án, tồn kho hiện hữu, hàng đang về và thời gian cung ứng / Develop procurement and supply plans based on business requirements, project schedules, available inventory, incoming shipments, and lead times.
• Chủ động tìm kiếm, đánh giá và phát triển nhà cung cấp, nhà sản xuất trong và ngoài nước, đặc biệt là các đối tác quốc tế phù hợp với chiến lược ngành hàng / Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers aligned with the Company’s category strategy.
• Chủ trì đàm phán giá mua, chiết khấu, Incoterms, điều kiện thanh toán, tiến độ giao hàng, bảo hành, đổi trả, hợp đồng khung và thỏa thuận phân phối / Lead negotiations on pricing, discounts, Incoterms, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, returns, master agreements, and distribution arrangements.
• Tổ chức và kiểm soát hoạt động mua hàng trong nước, mua hàng nước ngoài và nhập khẩu; bảo đảm đầy đủ hợp đồng, chứng từ, giấy phép và hồ sơ pháp lý liên quan / Oversee domestic and international procurement and import operations, ensuring the completeness and compliance of contracts, shipping documents, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
• Theo dõi đơn hàng từ đặt hàng, sản xuất, vận chuyển, thông quan, nhập kho đến giao hàng và bàn giao cho khách hàng hoặc dự án / Manage orders from placement, production, transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing through final delivery and project handover.
• Cân đối nhu cầu kinh doanh, tiến độ dự án, tồn kho và hàng đang về; cảnh báo sớm nguy cơ thiếu hàng, giao hàng chậm hoặc tồn kho không phù hợp / Balance business demand, project schedules, inventory, and incoming goods while providing early warnings on shortages, delays, and inventory risks.
• Quản lý hoạt động vận chuyển, giao nhận; kiểm soát giá mua, chi phí logistics và tổng chi phí sở hữu / Manage transportation and delivery operations while controlling purchase prices, logistics expenses, and Total Cost of Ownership.
• Xây dựng quy trình, chuẩn hóa dữ liệu trên hệ thống ERP, quản lý đội ngũ và phối hợp liên phòng ban để bảo đảm tiến độ cung ứng / Establish supply chain processes, standardize ERP data, lead the team, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely supply execution.

📋 YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN / REQUIREMENTS

• Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Chuỗi cung ứng, Ngoại thương, Logistics, Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh Quốc tế hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong mua hàng, chuỗi cung ứng hoặc logistics; trong đó có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý hoặc phụ trách chuỗi cung ứng / Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, including at least 2 years in a supply chain leadership or supervisory role.
• Có kinh nghiệm thực tế về mua hàng trong nước, mua hàng nước ngoài, nhập khẩu, cân đối tồn kho và tổ chức vận chuyển / Hands-on experience in domestic and international procurement, import operations, inventory planning, and logistics coordination.
• Có thành tích thực tế trong việc trực tiếp tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và đàm phán thương mại hoặc hợp đồng phân phối với nhà cung cấp, nhà sản xuất quốc tế / Proven track record of directly sourcing and negotiating commercial terms or distribution agreements with international suppliers and manufacturers.
• Am hiểu Incoterms, thanh toán quốc tế, hợp đồng thương mại, chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu và phân tích tổng chi phí sở hữu / Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international payments, commercial contracts, import-export documentation, and TCO analysis.
• Tiếng Anh tốt, có khả năng độc lập trao đổi, đàm phán và xử lý hợp đồng, báo giá, hồ sơ pháp lý và chứng từ quốc tế / Fluent in English, with the ability to independently negotiate and handle contracts, quotations, regulatory documents, and international trade documentation.
• Sử dụng tốt Excel, ERP và các công cụ báo cáo; có tư duy dữ liệu, khả năng lập kế hoạch, kiểm soát chi phí và quản trị rủi ro / Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools, with strong analytical, planning, cost-control, and risk-management capabilities.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết bị y tế, bệnh viện, kỹ thuật, xây dựng hoặc kinh doanh theo dự án / Experience in medical devices, healthcare, engineering, construction, or project-based businesses is preferred.
• Trung thực, minh bạch, bảo mật thông tin thương mại và không có xung đột lợi ích với nhà cung cấp / High professional ethics, integrity, transparency, strict confidentiality, and no conflict of interest with suppliers.
