We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager — a strategic thinker with creativity and inspiring leadership — to help shape our brand identity, enhance our corporate image, and drive sustainable growth in this new development phase.
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Develop and implement overall marketing strategies for multiple medical equipment product groups.
● Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to provide strategic direction across business stages.
● Work directly with international manufacturers on product strategy, brand building, and market support activities in Vietnam.
● Organize and manage product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and industry-specific events.
● Oversee and develop communication content across official channels: website, fanpage, LinkedIn, brochures, company profiles, etc.
● Monitor and optimize performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
● Manage the marketing budget, evaluate KPIs, and report campaign effectiveness to the Board of Directors.
● Lead the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Product, Projects, etc.).
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or relevant fields.
● At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a team lead or manager role.
● Preference given to candidates with experience in medical equipment, MEP construction, or B2B business models.
● IELTS 6.0 or higher, or equivalent. Proficiency in English (verbal and written) to work with international partners and technical documents.
● Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, communication, and data analysis.
● Hands-on experience in branding, event management, and marketing content development.
● Proactive, responsible, creative, and willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
