As we enter a new phase of growth and organizational transformation, we are seeking a hands-on HRM to build and implement scalable HR systems from the ground up, partnering directly with the CEO.

Position Objectives

  • Design and operate the company-wide HR management system
  • Build an organizational architecture aligned with growth strategy
  • Develop and implement competency frameworks, KPI systems, and performance-linked compensation structures
  • Enhance workforce productivity and develop middle management capabilities
  • Standardize company culture based on discipline, performance, and accountability

Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Architecture & Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors (BOD) to design organizational structure and workforce headcount planning
  • Develop mid- and long-term workforce plans
  • Standardize Job Descriptions (JDs) across the organization
  • Build and implement competency frameworks
  • Design and apply 3P compensation structure and Total Rewards system
  • Advise the CEO on organizational decisions and restructuring when required

2. Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Standardize recruitment, interviewing, and evaluation processes
  • Directly recruit key positions (Sales, Managerial, Technical roles)
  • Reduce time-to-hire while improving hiring quality
  • Establish onboarding and probation evaluation processes to accelerate employee performance
  • Develop internal training programs and career pathways

3. Performance & Productivity System

  • Design and implement company-wide KPI systems
  • Establish and operate periodic performance evaluation processes
  • Link KPIs to incentive schemes and financial outcomes (profit, cash flow, productivity)
  • Measure and improve key HR metrics: turnover rate, HR cost ratio, productivity

Requirements

Experience

  • 7–12 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as HRM or equivalent
  • Strong track record in recruiting key positions and performance management
  • Hands-on experience building competency frameworks, 3P compensation systems, KPI structures, and performance management processes
  • Proven experience implementing and operating at least one full performance evaluation cycle
  • Experience working in SMEs or high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with the CEO and contribute to organizational decisions

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA), Human Resources, Management, or related fields
  • MBA or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development is an advantage
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) are a plus
