🚀 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong “Business Owner” mindset to manage and develop one of assigned medical solutions below

• Medical Device Solutions: Endoscopy, Infection Control, PACS
• Hospital Automation Solutions: Pharma Automation, Automatic hospital logistic transport system
• Other assigned product lines

You will take full ownership of portfolio revenue performance, pipeline management, collaboration with international principals, and product training for the Sales team.This is a growth-driving role with direct impact on business performance.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement business plans and drive market development with Sales to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Manage Funnel & Forecast, ensuring minimum 3x pipeline coverage of quarterly targets
• Design solution configurations, prepare quotations, and develop technical tender documentation
• Work directly with international manufacturers (regular business reviews)
• Conduct product training sessions for Sales team
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and market development activities

👤 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy or related technical fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B medical devices
• Strong understanding of hospital tender processes
• Experience working with international principals is an advantage
• Strong analytical, presentation, and organizational skills
• Fluent English communication (spoken and listening)
